DESCRIPTION:SHP Pilot Grants – Funding to Test and Implement Research Into Clinical Practice \nEach year\, Sydney Health Partners funds pilot projects that help clinicians\, researchers and health professionals turn evidence into practical healthcare solutions and scale up the implementation of research for broader impact. \nIf you’re a health professional\, clinician\, or researcher leading research within Sydney Health Partners’ affiliated health services\, a Pilot Grant could help you to: \n\nTest real-world implementation of research innovations\nSolve complex health system challenges with practical solutions\nStrengthen applications for major funding bodies (NHMRC\, MRFF\, TRGS)\n\nApplications are now open for Sydney Health Partners 2026 Implementation Science Pilot Grants. \nSydney Health Partners are offering up to $220\,000 in grants to support up to 11 pilot projects\, with two of the projects to be funded by the Charles Perkins Centre Implementation Hub through the Jennie Mackenzie Research Fund. \nGrant Categories: \nStream 1: SHP Implementation Science Pilot Grants (up to 9) \nThese grants require two Principal Investigators (PIs):   \n\nOne from the University of Sydney or an SHP Partner Medical Research Institute (MRI)\n\n\nOne from an SHP Health Service Partner\n\nStream 2: CPC Implementation Hub Pilot Grants (x2) \nThese grants require two PIs – One must be a member of the Charles Perkins Centre: \n\nOne must be a University of Sydney or SHP Partner MRI employee\n\n\nOne from an SHP Health Service Partner\n\n\nKey Dates:\nApplications close: 3 July 2026\, 5:00pm AEST\nSuccessful applicants will be notified: August 2026\nGrants will commence: from January 2027 \nSEE GRANT GUIDELINESSEE WEBSITE
