DESCRIPTION:The Linkage Infrastructure\, Equipment and Facilities (LIEF) scheme provides funding to eligible organisations for research infrastructure\, equipment and facilities. \nUnder this scheme researchers participate in cooperative initiatives so that expensive research infrastructure\, equipment and facilities can be shared between higher education organisations and industry. \nThe scheme fosters collaboration through its support of the cooperative use of international or national research facilities. \nApplicants may seek funding for: \n\ninfrastructure\, equipment and facility purchases\, construction and installation\nsalaries directly associated with creating and installing infrastructure\, equipment or facilities\nleasing of infrastructure\, equipment or facilities\nconsortium membership costs\, in the case of Australia’s participation in the use of significant international-scale or national research facilities\nspecialised computing facilities and software\ncompilations\, catalogues\, clearing houses or bibliographies.\n\nThis scheme is intended to support researchers from higher education organisations and industry to gain access to the infrastructure\, equipment and facilities that they need to carry out their research. The scheme provides funding to eligible organisations to purchase\, construct or access expensive research infrastructure. \nKey Dates \nApplications close: 9 April 2026 \nAnnouncement: 22 December 2026 – 16 March 2027 \nSEE GRANT GUIDELINES PDFSEE WEBSITE

DESCRIPTION:The Friends of the Mater Foundation provides an annual grant funding program to support and enhance high quality patient care\, clinical practice\, research and education across the Mater Hospital campus.
