DESCRIPTION:Our Melanoma Community Forum is designed to empower patients and their carers with the latest information from expert speakers on melanoma research\, treatment and support. \nMelanoma Institute Australia is inviting WA melanoma patients\, family\, friends and the wider community to attend our annual Melanoma Community Forum\, where you will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts in the field of melanoma research\, treatment and support. \nThe forum will end with a panel of esteemed melanoma specialists who will be present to discuss cutting-edge developments and answer your questions\, followed by a networking session with canapes. \nThis forum is an excellent opportunity for patients\, caregivers and community members to gain knowledge\, ask questions and connect with others who share an interest in melanoma awareness and treatment. \nWe hope you can join us for this informative and inspiring event. \nGuest Speakers include: \n\nDr Piyush Grover – Medical Oncologist\, Fiona Stanley Hospital\nDr Peter Lau – Medical Oncologist\, Post Doctoral Translational Immuno-Oncology Fellow\, Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research\nDr Alexandra O’Neill – Specialist Plastic Surgeon\, Western Australia Plastic Surgery Centre.\n\nThe following organisations will be in attendance to provide support information: \n\nMPA (Melanoma Patients Australia)\nCancer Council WA\nSolaris Cancer Care\nCarers WA\nWA Kirkbride Melanoma Advisory Service\nCanteen.\n\nCanapes will be served. DESCRIPTION:We invite our community\, from the Riverina and beyond\, to join us for the MIA Amie St Clair Melanoma Annual Golf Day at the Wagga Wagga Country Club on Friday 31st October. \nIt promises to be an enjoyable afternoon of golf – including a BBQ lunch\, on-course competitions\, prizes for Best Dressed Team\, auctions and raffle. \nCheck-In and BBQ from 12pm. Shotgun start at 1pm.\n2 Player Ambrose. Teams of 2 in group of 4. \nTickets are $70 per player\, which includes your game and BBQ. \nSponsorship packages can also be purchased for $650.
