DESCRIPTION:Applications for Cancer Council NSW and Cancer Council SA funding are aligned with the National Health and Medical Research Council’s Ideas Grants submission and review processes. \nCancer Council NSW Project Grants are: \n\nopen to research projects on any aspect of cancer\, including its causes\, mechanisms\, prevention\, treatment and care\, and the organisation and performance of cancer control services\nawarded for up to three years\nvalued up to $600\,000 over three years\nopen to all Australian cancer researchers.\n\nResearchers wishing to apply for Cancer Council NSW Project Grants must complete: \n\nNHMRC Ideas Grant application. DESCRIPTION:This Award is dedicated to the memory of the late Sally Crossing AM (1946-2016). Sally was a pioneer and tireless advocate for consumer involvement in cancer research. Cancer Council NSW and Cancer Voices NSW acknowledge the extraordinary support of the Belalberi Foundation and the Crossing family in conferring this award. \nThe Sally Crossing AM Award for an Outstanding Outcome in Cancer Research (individual award) rewards outstanding achievement in cancer research\, the inclusion of consumers in research\, and the delivery of significant benefit to the cancer community. \nThe Award recipient will receive $75\,000 to further their research endeavours. \nKey Dates\nApplications close: Friday 27 February 2026\, 5.00pm AEDT \nSEE GRANT GUIDELINES PDFSEE WEBSITE
