DESCRIPTION:The annual ‘Erik Mather 2-4-6 Swim’\, in support of Melanoma Institute Australia\, is on at Balmoral Beach on Saturday 11 February at 7am – and you’re invited to join in! \nThe open water swim is organised by Monika Mather and #BalmoralBeachClub\, in honour of Monika’s brother Erik\, who lost his life to melanoma aged 45. Erik was an inspiration to all who left a wonderful legacy to the community through the creation of the Balmoral Beach Club Nippers. \nFunds raised from the swim will fund the Melanoma Institute Australia ‘Erik Mather PhD Scholarship’ for melanoma research. \nMonika would love to welcome new swimmers to the event.
