The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Annual Scientific Congress (ASC) 2026 marks the 94th RACS ASC and promises to be an inspiring and future-focused event, uniting surgeons, scientists, innovators, and thought leaders from across the surgical and broader healthcare ecosystem.
Hosted at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 30 April to Sunday 3 May 2026, the RACS ASC will centre on the theme: The Art and Science of Collaboration.
In surgery, progress is never made in isolation. This year, we shine a spotlight on the many ways in which surgeons collaborate—with each other, with scientists and researchers, with industry, biomedical engineers and policy makers, with emerging technologies, and of course with our patients. From the precision of robotics to the nuance of communication, the RACS ASC 2026 will explore how meaningful collaboration drives innovation and improves outcomes.
