SCP has limited funding available to support members presenting research results at a national or international conference.
This scheme aims to:
- Support the professional development and expand the knowledge of SCP members.
- Build interest and expertise in translational cancer research and evidence based clinical practice.
- Disseminate knowledge and information through the SCP website and other events.
Successful applicants will receive up to:
- $1,000 to present in person at a conference within Australia.
- $4,000 to present in person at an international conference.
- $500 for registration fees to present at a virtual conference.
Funding for in-person events can be used for registration fees, travel, and reasonable accommodation expenses. Per diem and meal reimbursement is not a claimable expense. Awardees are required to submit original invoices or receipts for reimbursement.
Funding for virtual conferences is limited to the registration fee.
