Brendon Browning Memorial Day

Join us for a day of AFL action and a ticketed lunch at the annual Brighton Football Club Brendon Browning Memorial Day on Saturday 24th June.

The day honours Brendon Browning, a much-loved Brighton Football Club player, who lost his life to melanoma in December 2020, aged only 48.

Gates open at 8.30am and there will be four AFL games to enjoy on the day, with a $10 entry fee at the gate.

Colts 10am
Reserves 12pm
Seniors 2pm
Womens 4:30pm

A popular part of the day is the Brendon Browning Memorial Day Lunch in The Robins Nest from 12.30pm. Our guest speaker this year is MIA ambassador and well-known sports presenter Brad McEwan. Tickets are $40 each. The lunch will include a raffle, silent auction and merchandise sales.

Funds raised on the day will support Melanoma Institute Australia’s world-class research, treatment, and education programs, in the hope that we can lessen the impact of melanoma, especially in Tasmania.

If you can’t make it on the day and would like to make a donation in honour of Brendon Browning, please donate via the button below.
