Dr William Shepperd is an experienced Skin Cancer General Practitioner at Melanoma Institute Australia and SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinic at Hornsby. He has been a member of MIA's Education Committee since 2025.

Dr Shepperd completed his surgical primary training in England, gaining valuable experience in the plastic surgery unit at the renowned Queen Victoria Hospital. He became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons London in 2006 and the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2008.

Dr Shepperd is also a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and has undertaken specialised training in dermoscopy and advanced surgical management of skin cancer.

Committed to early detection and effective treatment of melanoma and other skin cancers, he prioritises evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.
