Applications for the Charles Perkins Centre Catchlove Sylvan Mid-Career Researcher Fellowship 2026 are now open. Inaugurated in 2025, this bridging support scheme is designed to help our best mid-career researchers remain in academia.
The Fellowship is made possible with generous support from our long-time friends, philanthropists, Dr Barry Catchlove and Professor Louise Sylvan. In its inaugural year, the scheme supported three of our brightest mid-career researchers.
In 2026, up to three awards, with a maximum value of $100,000 each, will be available for Charles Perkins Centre mid-career researchers.
