Melanoma survivor Matt Kean and a team of cyclists are doing a 1000km bike ride around the Riverina over eight days – from Thurs 31 March to Thurs 7 April – to increase awareness of melanoma and raise funds for Amie St Clair Melanoma (part of Melanoma Institute Australia).
In the weeks leading up to the ride Matt will speak at schools, as well as sporting and community groups, in the region to spread the message: ‘Prevention is better than a cure’!

Day 1 – Thurs 31 March – Albury to Wagga – 130km
Day 2 – Fri 1 April – Wagga to Leeton – 136km
Day 3 – Sat 2 April – Leeton to West Wyalong – 145km
Day 4 – Sun 3 April – West Wyalong to Lake Cargelligo – 118km
Day 5 – Mon 4 April – Lake Cargelligo to Griffith – 133km
Day 6 – Tues 5 April – Griffith to Jerilderie – 141km
Day 7 – Wed 6 April – Jerilderie to Yarrawonga – 114km
Day 8 – Thurs 7 April – Yarrawonga to Albury – 113km
