SunSafe Student Program 2025 – Perth

Help change attitudes about sun safety in a very important demographic: our youth.

Melanoma Institute Australia’s SunSafe Student Ambassador Program is a free one-day workshop that teaches teens about the importance of sun safety and the dangers of tanning, while developing their public speaking skills and empowering them to be champions of change within their school community. The program promotes student wellbeing and fulfils PDHPE/HPE curriculum outcomes.
Schools are invited to send 3-5 students from Years 8-10 plus an accompanying teacher to participate in this important program.
2025 locations include:
  • Wollstonecraft, Sydney (14 August)
  •  Camperdown, Sydney (20 August)
  •  Cottesloe, Perth (27 August)
  •  Hobart (4 September)
  •  Ballina (12 September)
  •  Wagga Wagga (18 September)
