Peta Jurd was appointed to the Melanoma Institute Australia Board in June 2026.

Peta is an accomplished Non-Executive Director with more than 20 years of board experience across the public, private, not-for-profit and government sectors. She has served on the boards of organisations ranging from start-ups to large, complex and highly regulated enterprises, including the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Healthdirect Australia, Quest for Life Foundation and PHI Super.

She brings extensive expertise in governance, operations, risk management, finance, people and culture, and business transformation, together with a strong track record of strategic leadership.
