Abstract Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors are frequently associated with the development of immunotherapy-related adverse events (irAEs). The exact etiology, including the role of environmental factors, remains incompletely understood. Methods: We analyzed the records of 394 melanoma patients from three centers (northern and southern hemisphere). Long-term cost-effectiveness of a melanoma prevention program using genomic risk information compared with standard prevention advice in Australia

A tailored approach to horizon scanning for cancer medicines.

The features and management of acquired resistance to PD1-based therapy in metastatic melanoma.

Abstract Background: Anti-PD-1 therapy (PD1) either alone or with anti-CTLA-4 (CTLA4), has high initial response rates, however 20% of patients (pts) with complete response (CR) and 30% with partial response (PR) within 12 months of treatment experience subsequent disease progression by 6 years.
