MIA is governed by a Board of Directors, chaired by Grant King and the Board is advised by a multi-disciplinary Faculty, co-chaired by MIA’s Co-Medical Directors, Professors Georgina Long AO and Richard Scolyer AO. Professors Long and Scolyer guide MIA’s mission of zero deaths from melanoma and Faculty is advised by three Committees – Research, Clinical and Education.

Membership on each Committee is by invitation from Faculty and membership and Chairs are rotated on a biennial basis. Professors Long and Scolyer, and MIA’s Chief Executive Officer are ex-officio members of each Committee and Matthew Browne also attends MIA’s Faculty meetings.
